Robert C Foster founded RC Foster Corporation in 1989 and has served as the President and CEO since its inception. Mr. Foster earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Mr. Foster has over 35 years of experience in the water industry and has been involved in construction management of municipal water and wastewater projects. Under Mr. Foster’s direction, RC Foster Corporation has successfully completed over 500 projects.
