OUR TEAM

RC Foster is made up of experienced project managers, project engineers, estimators, superintendents and foreman. Each employee is expertly trained and certified in their corresponding field.

All members of the R C Foster construction team have extensive off-site training and currently hold certifications for crane operations, equipment operations, welding, and numerous OSHA safety trainings. We pride ourselves in our outstanding jobsite safety record, logging thousands of accident free man hours.

Our company philosophy is to provide high quality, professional grade workmanship on every project.

Richard Bryan  |   In Memoriam

Richard Bryan joined RC Foster Corporation in 1997 as a Senior Project Manager until his untimely death in October 2010. In addition to managing major projects for the company, he also served as a mentor to many young employees and paved the way for all future Project Managers at RC Foster Corporation. Richard was a hard worker, gracious and extremely kind to all those he came in contact with. His contributions to R C Foster Corporation continue to live on and we are very grateful for the time we had with him.

RC Foster Corporation was founded in 1989. The Company was created with a focused business plan in mind as a response to heightening industrial and municipal water concerns in Southern California. RC Foster is a privately held California Corporation. Their projects have varied in project type, size, and dollar value from $1,000 to exceeding $32,000,000 per project. In addition to construction efforts, in 2002, they began meeting clients’ needs in the areas of operation and maintenance.
