This project involved the construction of a new Booster Pump Station for a new housing development in Irvine, CA. This facility holds eight 15 horsepower Vertical Turbine Booster Pumps (4 Reclaimed Water and 4 Domestic Water) as well as two 100 horsepower Vertical Turbine Booster Pumps (Fire flow).

In addition to this, the facility utilized two jockey pumps routed with stainless steel piping through the inlet and discharge. All pressure gauges, instrumentation, air release systems, and hose bibs were assembled with stainless steel pipe and fittings. R C Foster Corporation constructed all Steel, 12” and 8” inlet and outlet piping, valves, and meters to and from each of the Vertical Turbine Pumps to the points of connections. R C Foster Corporation constructed a 2,000 square foot masonry building to house the 10 Vertical Turbine Pumps complete with HVAC, drainage, lighting, and electrical control systems.
