The project was designed and built as a Municipal potable water blending facility where chlorine and ammonia are blended into the designated inlet water zones to achieve the desired water quality then exported through new discharge piping system and into the existing water supply.

The construction took place in active city park and consisted of (5) 150 HP Vertical Turbine Pumps located inside a new CMU building and including suction & discharge piping, valves, emergency generator/fuel tank system, chemical storage/injection rooms and electrical equipment. Other work included CMU retaining walls, decorative iron fencing/gates, pervious concrete and landscaping.
