This project included the construction of ion exchange vessel with resins, process piping, filters, valves, fittings, flow meters, salt storage, nitrate and perchlorate selective ion exchange resisns, briner, and associated mechanical equipment and improvements. The construction of chemical storage and delivery system, including containment area, chemical storage tanks, metering pumps, chemical piping, and all supporting equipment and improvements.

Our team also constructed the entire water treatment plant building with architectural features including the electrical and lighting components, and the entire instrumentation system. The plant processes 1,600 gallons per minute of water through these three 12’ diameter perchlorate removal vessels and four 12’ diameter nitrate removal vessels. The plants nitrate, chlorine, and PH levels are monitored by Hach’s analyzer system.
